The Senior Special Assistant on Print Media to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Aminu Waziri Tambuwal — Mallam Mohammed Isa — has reportedly indicated his intention to contest for a seat in the Katsina State House of Assembly in the 2015 elections. Isa will be contesting on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC. This is coming on the heel of allegations that the speaker is set to jump ship and join the APC. It was gathered however that Tambuwal is currently consulting on whether to join the Presidential or Sokoto gubernatorial race under the All Progressives Congress.
